However, we understand that sometimes cancellations may be necessary. Please read our Cancellation Policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions under which cancellations are permitted.

1. Cancellation of Services

Customers may request a cancellation of services under the following conditions:

• Cancellation Request Period: A request for cancellation must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that the service has not already been processed or initiated.
• Eligibility for Cancellation:
  • If the service has not yet commenced, a cancellation request may be considered.
  • If the service is already in progress (such as document processing, approvals, or company registration), the cancellation request may not be approved or will be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Government fees, legal charges, and third-party service fees are non-refundable.

✅ Proof of Payment

3. Conditions for Cancellation Approval

A cancellation request will be approved only if:

• The service has not yet been initiated or processed.
• The request falls within the 24-hour cancellation window.
• No government, legal, or third-party fees have been incurred.

If any costs have already been incurred on behalf of the client (such as government processing fees, document clearances, or consultancy services), cancellation will not be possible, and no refunds will be issued.

4. Non-Cancellable Services

The following services cannot be canceled once initiated:

• UAE Business License Applications
• Visa Processing & Government Approvals
• Document Attestation & Legalization
• Corporate Bank Account Assistance
• Custom Business Consultancy Services
